Great local business. I walked in for the first time and was greeted with a friendly smile and acknowledgement. Brenda was amazing. A great conversationalist and very good at cutting hair to my liking. She asked exactly what I wanted and did it. Great experience and will definitely be going back. DB's is a fantastic barber shop with a great vibe and friendly atmosphere. The price is quite reasonable also.

This was my first visit to DB's in Wyandotte, and honestly, I wish I'd found them sooner. I've lived in Southgate for just over five years and have tried several so-called barbers in the area. In my opinion, DB's outdoes all of them--and for a lot less money. My hair was down to my collar, and Sue took great care of me. She was professional, welcoming, and very accommodating. I walked out actually looking and feeling like a new man, which doesn't happen often these days. The entire staff was friendly and made the experience relaxed and comfortable. The shop itself has a strong sports theme, which I really enjoyed--especially since my favorite team, the Wolverines, were front and center. There are a couple of TVs in front of you while the barbers work, plus easygoing conversation that makes the time fly by. I've been to places that slap the word "barbershop" on the door and think posters and attitude make up for skill. DB's proves that a real barbershop is about knowing how to cut hair, keeping up with current styles, and treating customers right. This was my first visit, but it definitely won't be my last.

If I could put 10 stars I would. Took my son for his first haircut today and the gentleman that cut his hair was so kind and patient. Not to mention the haircut looks AMAZING even with a crying baby.
