I can't say enough about Doug. After receiving a non-working gaming PC on Christmas morning, he was able to quickly fix and put the biggest smile on a 13 year old boys face. Doug came into the office to help me out and even followed up to make sure it was still working once I got it home. What incredible service! I would recommend this company to anyone.

A number of Downriver tech support businesses are incredibly dishonest; I've gone to a few (including one which stole our new, authentic powercords and replaced with an off-brand, chewed up one they said was ours and put bloatware on our PC!), but I was incredibly relieved to have run into this one. I did a d*** thing that I knew was a d*** thing and my PC suffered for my transgression. I called them because a different place I was originally going to call didn't answer and I'm really glad this one did.
