Spring broke and two days later, as there was no immediate rush, Fred came out with another employee and quickly fixed it. No runaround or any kind of spiel. Just a good guy who knows what he’s doing and just does it. Along with getting the spring all set, he lubed up everything else that would need to be. Great time frame window he would be arriving and very reasonable price. Allserv was recommended by a neighbor and I will definitely be recommending as well.
I had Allserv out to replace the springs on my garage door the technician showed up when they said they would, friendly and very professional he did a great job on my door and the price was very reasonable. Thanks
Showed up, fixed the problem, found some other stuff that needed adjustment, did that, chatted a bit. Door works great, didn't try to sell me anything, warned about things to look for.
Professional, timely and thorough.
