The salesman John was thorough with his explanation of the job from start to finish. The crew was exceptional, very informative and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is in need of a new shingled roof on their home.
Qualified Construction was a God send after a storm threw a tree into our roof and destroyed our gutters. They were prompt, had fair pricing, great communication, and did a fantastic job. They weren’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell anything we didn’t need. Definitely a name to keep on hand!!
From start to finish, this has been one of the best home improvement experiences since I have been a homeowner. We are getting new windows soon, but our 20 year old gutters were leaking terribly. We didn’t want to get new windows installed and have them ruined by leaks. We had a few quotes and the prices were so high and seemed out of reach. I spoke with John and he made my wife and I realize that it would be affordable. He explained to us all the options we had with gutter sizes and colors. He asked about any issues we had noticed and gave us a solution.
