Qualified Construction Corp

I highly recommend Qualified Construction! I had a leak in my garage roof and needed help getting it taken care of, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. John was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping resolve the problem. It's not every day you come across someone who takes pride in their work while also treating people with such kindness and consideration. My roof leak was taken care of, and I truly appreciate the time, effort, and care he put into helping me.

I know Dan from other work he managed and coordinated for me a few years ago. He was extremely communicative, quick to return calls or answer questions. This hasn’t changed! He was one of the first people I called for my father’s roof issue. He came out, met my dad and me, listened to what the issue was and then proceeded to complete a thorough inspection on the ground, in the attic and on the roof. He then explained everything in detail on what he saw and our options. His written competitive quote was sent quickly in a clear, concise format. Qualified is fortunate to have Dan as their representative!

John is a very trustworthy roofing expert that was able to help me out in a bind and patch a hole in the roof with minimal costs. He was able to access the condition of the roof and didn't oversell me on needing a new one for at least a couple of years. Due to his honesty and great work I will be reaching out when the time is right for a new roof. Thank you.
