I’ve been going to wixom health center since a child, recently they’ve switched to park medical center which has been a nightmare. I’m currently 4 days without medication because i can’t get a hold of anyone. You can’t call the office directly, and when you call the number no one answers the phone. I had my prescriptions called in 4 days ago and when i went to pick them up they never sent them to the pharmacy. Very unprofessional, could cause serious problems not having my medication.
Very friendly staff, my daughter won’t go anywhere else.
the staff cares about the patients and t!ke care of all not just some of there patients. I been coming here for years and if I moved 5 hours away I'd still come here because they take pride in there jobs they treat people like they are important
