I am 64 years old and suffer from neuropathy from a decades-old brain injury, which results in poor balance, coordination, and falls. As a result, I wanted to have handicapped handrails installed at my condominium since walking on the ice and in the snow has become increasingly difficult as the years pass by. I've hired several contractors for a variety of jobs in several homes I've lived in over the years, and Novi Fence is definitely by far the best contractor I have ever hired, probably because the president and owner of Novi Fence, Bryan, is also the same person who did the installation of the handrails. The cost was high, but you get what you pay for. He wanted a down payment of half the job cost and then the other half payable at the completion of the job. He told me in advance that he'd be out to my condo today (8/18/2022) at 9 a.m.; and when I came downstairs this morning at 10 a.m., he was already outside, working. When he was done, he gave me an invoice for the remaining balance and said I could mail a check to him. He didn't ask for any additional money as a painter I hired in the past kept needing to buy additional materials several times as the job progressed, and it got very ugly. Nothing like that at all with Bryan.
Novi Fence is responsive, provides a highly professional product in a timely fashion, and is trustworthy as they stand behind their work. They also use high quality made in USA materials. Highly recommend
