From my very first phone call to the day of service, my experience with Greenix Pest Control was excellent. Matt, the pest inspector, went above and beyond! He thoroughly explained each step of the process, the products being used, and what to expect next. He patiently answered all of my questions — and even my family’s — with kindness and professionalism.
What really stood out was Matt’s compassion, understanding, and nonjudgmental approach. His communication and transparency were top-notch, which made the entire pest removal process smooth and stress-free.
Cody came out and took the time to access the whole property, explaining thoroughly how the process works. Also, the service is affordable and if we have any questions between visits; they will come out asap! Nik came out today to rebait (10-7-25) bait was empty in 5 boxes! So, it’s definitely working

Sometimes you just need a yearly reminder that new neighbors & maintenance of keeping your home completely free of any potential problems. Very professional & great job! Just keeping things simple enough that any problems can be resolved.
