Bobbie and James arrived and got right to work sealing our home from bats & mice as well as insects. We are pleased with their explanations of what they did as they showed us their work. They were thorough in checking our home for possible problem areas; then they fixed them. Great job!
Thomas did a great, and very thorough job today, and all of it with a smile. It was cool and his sunny smile made the job even better! Great work! He was very professional and efficient, and explained services provided to my wife in a very clear and understandable way, and answered all questions asked.
Michael O’Neal did our monthly service today. As always, I am very impressed with the polite professionalism of the employees who come from EchoShield to service our home. Thank you!
