I ordered a handful of discs online and they were shipped promptly, which is quite surprising, ordering direct from manufacturer. I’m not sure why there are complaints about “color choice” and shipping delays because it clearly says on the site 2-3 weeks to ship and you can choose the weight but we ship what we have, as far as color goes. I received my product within a week and a half from order placement. DISCRAFT - the only brand I will ever throw when it comes to disc golf.

Ordered a Disc online. I noticed a few days later that I had not received a confirmation of order from the company like I normally get when I order online. I had received a confirmation of payment to Discraft from paypal. I called the company and talked to PAUL. He looked my order up and then told me it stated that his log said they had none of what I ordered in stock. He then said it shouldn't have allowed me to order if there were none in stock. He put me on hold for a min. and went and looked for the disc I ordered. He came back to the phone and told me he had found the disc-last one left. He told me he would get it out for delivery asap.
