If I could give ten stars, I would! Dr. Ramsey is simply the best veterinary ophthalmologist, possibly in the entire country. We have been seeing him for over 20 years. He is brillant, but not off-putting or arrogant. He is a skilled teacher who shows you exactly what is going on with your pet's eyes and how to treat it. He has a calm demeanor, which is a nice bonus when dealing with sick animals. He doesn't rush to operate or take out eyes, as so many might do. Shout out to Megan who answered the phone and helped me and canine Nova tremendously with her compassion, insights, skills and kind professionalism. Megan showed incredible compassion and patience. Even when my neurodivergence and trauma made things difficult, she never wavered. She helped both me and my dog with steady support and true understanding and extraordinary service.
Dr Ramsey and staff are the best! Had my dog examined for a problem with her eye. Even though two test were done with conflicting results, ultra sound with positive findings and Cat Scan showing no abnormalities he did not give up! He confirmed his original diagnosis with a repeat test and biopsy of the mass spotted. Great news, mass identified and eye will be fine!
