When I asked LeAnn about the service, she was going to perform, she was very clear explaining what she was going to do. She even came to the door to let me know that she found a large business nest in my lilac bush, near where my grandchildren play. I was very appreciative of that. She was very professional.
Today Michael greeted me by name and answered my questions prior to treating my lawn. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve used Tru Green for several years and have always been happy with their service. The 2 times I’ve called with concerns before my scheduled date they have someone out the following day.
Craig H arrived, we chatted about a few concerns regarding the crab grass and a variety of ground clover that I hope can be addressed. Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Hoping those problem areas improve going forward.
