Northern Michigan Veterinary Hospital provides quality veterinary care for dogs, cats, avian, and exotic pets. Their mission is to offer the best quality care with compassion and respect for both clients and patients. The hospital strives to exceed the expectations of their clients, as they believe pets are part of the family. The staff, including Dr. Peck and Dr. Mittner, have been described as wonderful, providing excellent medical and compassionate care. The front desk ladies and veterinary technicians have also gone above and beyond to accommodate clients' needs. Clients have praised the thorough and extensive explanations provided by the veterinarians, particularly Dr. Curtis. Dr. Peck is described as very thorough, kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. The staff is knowledgeable and caring, with an organized and clean office. They provide kindness and compassion.
This office is incredible! All of the staff are kind and caring, and they've helped our pets navigate routine and serious appointments. One of our cats had bladder surgery, a biopsy, and even an amputation here and we always trust the pets are in great hands.
The staff at NMVH are always so friendly. My animals are very well taken care of. My dog Tehya went in to be spayed. She was well taken care of. We were given updates on how she was doing and she was able to come home when she was ready. They gave us appropriate pain medication for her. The next day they even checked up with us to see how she was doing. Dr. Peck and staff are an amazing group of people that truly love animals. I have been taking my animals there for years and I can’t imagine taking my animals anywhere else.
Super practice! Our very exuberant Golden was totally at ease! The staff is kind and helpful. The Dr(s) and Tech(s) are fantastic. Very upfront and willing to address issues, with ease.
