Cody and his team did an excellent job installing our hot tub in Suttons Bay - #pineviewplaceSB! Arrived as scheduled, even called to advise he was running early to install our tub! Great communication and follow-up. Highly recommend Innovo Spa

Cody got me scheduled right away to pick up my hot tub. The 2 employees who came were very knowledgeable and even though it was not easy to get it moved from where it was, they were able to get it out and delivered to my new address with no problem. They were polite and friendly, which made me very comfortable trusting them with the move. Would recommend 100% to anyone who is moving a hot tub. Great service and great people to work with!!!
