We purchased a condominium on Old Mission Peninsula and in the spring we had an ant problem. We called a couple different exterminators for consultation. Our neighbor suggested chemical control and they were the first ones able to come to help us. They were professional, prompt, fair in their billing and highly effective. I've been using chemical control for 5 years now and they are fantastic. The workers are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and always seem to care about what they are doing. They stay up on new technologies and do come out again if there was ever a problem. Their prices are very reasonable and they guarantee their work and will make a return trip if necessary (rarely an issue) to make it right.
