He also had info from the county website available so that he could review records from my property. Finally, I happened to come home right after the truck came to my house and was able to get further information and recommendations from the very friendly employee, which I really appreciated. Eric was incredibly helpful, he was very friendly and explained how the mechanics of the system worked and we tried a few things to resolve the problem. It appears to be electrical so he gave me a few next steps to try.
