We were purchasing an older home that had been fully renovated, so an inspection was ordered to ensure that the work was done well, even though it looked great. I'm so glad that we were referred to Jeffries. They were thorough - checking the attic, crawl space, and roofing. I voiced a concern at the beginning of the inspection based on some photos I had seen in the listing, and they made sure to double-check the area for me and report back. Great team of guys. Completed my entire home inspection in just a couple hours. There were 2 very nice and respectable guys that checked and tested operational functions on every inch of the house I am looking to purchase. They built a visual report and because I was on sight, they walked me through their findings. They told me what it is that I should be most concerned with and least concerned with. Because of these guys, I am not so worried about what I’ll be walking into with this home purchase.
