I was a bit nervous about making a huge change, and Amara (sp?) made the process easy. She Talked me through exactly what I wanted and exceeded every expectation that I had. Highly recommend both J.C. Penny and Amara!

Last night a wonderful woman named kiara ( hope I spelled her name correctly) highlighted my hair. She stayed after hours to finish my hair, which was a last minute booking. It had been a while since I went to a JCP. I have to say I was impressed. The quality of clothing is awesome. As is the selection. I always enjoyed their Worthington line. I miss the Worthington pantyhose/tights! Their quality could not be matched. The selection of jeans is amazing. Cool junior dept too. Good shoe selection. Toddler clothing could be updated some. Now the Big and Tall men's clothing is great! Check out online for even more! Actually true Big and Tall. Great petite ladies clothing. Check it out. You will be amazed! Love the Lakeside and White Lake locations!
