I never write reviews but the service was so amazing that I couldn't not write a review. My 6-year-old Lenovo laptop had been slowing down for years. It got painfully slow to a point I could barely use it at all. I thought installing updates and downloading Windows 11 would help. During the process of updates the laptop would not start up. I went through all of Windows options to repair the computer and uninstall updates but it did not work. I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer and all of my files were gone. Another amazing experience with White Cloud Computer Services. Ryan replaced the hard drive in my mom’s favorite laptop. Turn around was super fast and now it works better than it did when it was new! I was even able to pick up and pay at the drive through window! Thanks for a great, and very convenient, experience!
