They are an hour and a half from me but are more than worth the drive. They are very reasonable on pricing and they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Beyond pleased with how we, and our animals were treated.
Went today because something was wrong with my goat. He ended up having to be put down. The entire team was BEYOND nice and helpful. I got in first thing in the morning, and I felt they knew exactly what they were doing and they did it well. I will be taking all my large animals to Sterners from here on out.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If we have a problem with one of our club lambs, I always bring my grandchildren with me; it is their fair project, the doctors and staff take the time to explain everything to the children. They also ask them questions and engage with them about their project. Every time we go it is a learning experience.
