Terrific customer service, in particularly with their Parts Supervisor Sara. The package shipped with UPS was lost on the Canadian side through no fault of their own. Dealing with UPS is just a headache. Sara reassured no matter what that I would receive this package or another and it was no big deal. Service like that knowing that a potential problem will be fixed immediately is just A++ customer service.

I've purchased two blower motors from this company so far this year. Their pricing is much better than Mingledorffs or Johnstone Supply. Their parts department always verifies that the motor you are ordering will fit the unit you are working on. I'll use them in the future for all of my HVACR parts needs.
