I had been going here on and off for quite sometime. For years. This last experience was not comfortable for me at all. I’m a very pleasant person, I tip very well usually, but I’m very big on customer service. My braid were nice, I know my hair was very short from restarting but even when I’ve gone before the braid way too tight! This will cause inflammation of the scalp and your hair can fall out cause alopecia! Plus, the one owner had a terrible attitude! Coughing all over me while braiding, it was terrible customer service. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
