HUGE language barrier between the nail tech and I! I asked for coffin shape, he gave me square. I had two nails lifting when I went in for my fill. He just the applied the new acrylic right over top without fixing the issue. I kept mentioning it to him, he just said “ok” and kept working. I asked for my cuticles to be taken care of. He said “ok” and never touched them. Not to mention he spent more time texting than actually doing my nails. I have the same two nails lifting barely a week later. I been going to this shop for years. They are clean and professional and my favorite nail tech is always available to take me when I come in. As long as I live in the area this is where I'll be getting my nails done!
Definitely happy I went back after a miscommunication.. I was having a hard time explaining what I wanted so I regrettably went somewhere else next time. I went back and needed a bit of work so I really had to be specific about what I wanted and after we talked about it I got exactly what I was going for and loved it.. I would definitely recommend royal people nails.
