I went there today spur of the moment ( yup, they’re open on Sunday!)with this ache in my neck and shoulder I haven’t been able to get rid of for a week. My MT, Opal, was outstanding. Super warm and inviting and really helpful with tips to lessen the strain I put on certain muscles just by changing up how I sit, and showed me a “quick relief” point to help my neck in the future. You can tell she really cares about her clients. Between her varied massage techniques and the hot stones I’m totally butter now.“
