My mother was a loyal customer for over 30 years and never once complained, even when your crew damaged her downspouts or left holes in her siding from the weed trimmer. The only time she reached out was when she noticed she had been charged for work she never requested. Unfortunately, despite her long-standing loyalty, she never received so much as a courtesy call back to explain the situation.
It’s disappointing to see how her concerns were handled, especially given her decades of support for your business. If it’s true that you’re closing down this year, perhaps it’s because customers deserve better communication and respect than what she experienced

Did a great job on our project. Great attention to detail. Reasonably priced. Very accommodating with last minute changes and add ons. Will definitely use again for next year's project.

So lets start with the phone call to schedule an estimate. They told me there was an opening for around 2pm and asked me if I would be home, I replied yes I would. I see the estimators truck pull up in the driveway and then just proceeds to go in my backyard, didn't even knock on the door and proceeds to leave. No phone call back and have called them now three times trying to get a response on the estimate.NEVER seen nothing like this at all from a business that is going to try and get new customer's.
