Have gotten good haircuts from this location but they need to update their hours if they won’t stay open until 7 like the door says. Two week days in a row now they’ve closed early at 3.
The lady I saw ( not Angelica ) recently , didn’t seem very friendly in conversation. I know she was trying to focus more so on her job . But also towards the end of my hair cut . I heard loud snips in the back of my head . I asked if she was thinning my hair ? She said yeah that’s what you wanted correct ? I said uh no ! Just a face frame and layers !
Also that is not how you thin hair ! You use thinning sheers. Now I’m going to have little pieces of chunks of hair sticking out . Hair stylist should have a dry erase board for customers to write down what they want to follow by .
I’ve gone here a few times and it’s usually good. Like most times they don’t get around my ears completely. There is one stylist I really liked. The reason for this review is I checked in online and it was a 64 minute wait but I still checked in. I was there in like 50 minutes and they were inside clocking out. I pulled on the door a few times because there’s a handwritten sign that says pull hard. The worker looked up at me and then looked back down. They locked their doors 40 minutes early even with a check in. While I’ve been writing this a nice older gentleman walked up and the workers told him they closed early.
