Lesson learned, don’t make final payment until all the work promised has been completed. Are we happy with the price and the actual concrete work? Yes. Are we happy that they never came back to backfill with topsoil all the trenches left around the concrete, and replace the neighbor’s sprinkler head they crushed a couple hours after marking it’s location? No. Had we held final payment, those things probably would’ve been taken care of as promised.
I can’t say enough about how great my patio looks or how awesome of a job Tim’s team did for my house. My new patio has completely transformed my backyard! We had our first big party since getting it done on Labor Day and the patio made it so much better!! We love the color, the shape, and the integrity of the concrete. Tim’s team was more than patient to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and more. They were very thoughtful in regard to leveling, to make sure water would run away from the house, as well as adding in a second level for the fire pit to add to the design. They worked very hard in the hot sun and did most of the work by hand as my backyard doesn’t have a huge access point for machines. I was very impressed with their kindness as I was quite indecisive and they were so patient as I made up my mind. It’s just so beautiful now and well done! I highly recommend this company and will definitely call on them again for any future concrete needs.
