I wanna give a shout out to two of the OB nurses Deidra and Taylor. My sister went into labor on Tuesday morning when she got to the hospital it was almost shift change. We didn't have much interaction with the night nurses but when Deidra and Taylor come on shift the vibe changed. You could tell these two ladies loved what they did for a living. They were caring ,attentive, and listened to what she had to say and how she felt about certain things. Taylor helped so much during delivery, but also let me be the main one to help my sister through the contractions. After delivery Deidra gave my sister and the baby the time they needed. Last night my friend had to go to the emergency room for her foot. She had dropped a table on her foot and went in to get an X-ray. Brendon Matelski was the staff that came to discharge her and tell her what was going on. He bent down touched her foot asked two questions then said it's not broken no fracture, Tylenol and Motrin alternate , and keep it elevated. I asked should she wrap it, he responded couldn't help. He then said well get the paper work ready for you to leave and get us out of there. On her mi chart app, Brendon Matelski, stated he told her to contact her primary care doctor, to come back if it worsens , that he recommended rice therapy , amung other things....read full review
I only have had 1 experience here here, I had my appendix removed. These were absolutely the nicest group of nurses and staff on that floor that I have ever experienced. I was in terrible pain my first night, I actually remember a kind nurse rubbing my back and hair to try and comfort me while I was crying. Then just the whole experience there was way above and beyond any hospital treatment ive ever had. Thank you so much for not making me feel like a burden. 💜
