Honest, very nice people to do business with, the guys were very respectful, they communicated through the entire job, remember you get what you pay for. we loved the price considering the quality of the materials compared to the other companies that gave us bids. They work very well together to the point they finished our roof in one day when most of the other contractors said 2 days. They also have very sophisticated machines to keep from destroying our landscaping which was a plus. definitely be hiring these guys again!

Glenwood Builders installed new windows and siding on my cabin and shed. Walter also fixed the Amish mess on my metal roof. The communication was great. The job site was clean and he went above and beyond my expectations. Walter is a master at his craft and took care of many extras. I will certainly be contracting with Glenwood Builders for any new project.

This is the best company in northern Michigan that I have worked with!! I called them to get an estimate on installing a metal roof, the owner came out promptly and explained what the scope of the work would be, how it would be done and gave me an approx. finish time, just remember they can't predict the weather, and the price. Everything was done to perfection, no short cuts, if he didn't like it, it wasn't done! 100% Quality!! The experience was so good that about 4 years later I contacted them again to have the siding ( again metal ) and all of the trim covered. It was the same process as above, the work was done very professional.
