West Bloomfield Roofing Pros was an honest and transparent contractor. After a bad hailstorm the company sent a crew that inspected the roof, identified damaged and weakened areas, and explained everything clearly. The team documented issue for insurance and didn't push for more work than necessary. Communication was great, clear and showed professionalism, and the project was completed on time. The crew worked efficiently, replaced broken shingles, reinforced the underlayment, sealed vulnerable spots and a watertight finish. The roof looks great, perfect and secure, and the pricing was fair and transparent. They feel confident the roof will last for years and recommend the company for its excellent craftsmanship and high level of professionalism.
After a bad hailstorm, I called around for roof inspections and braced myself for someone trying to sell me a full replacement I didn't need. This company sent someone out who actually explained that most of the damage was cosmetic and only a small section needed real repair. He documented everything clearly for my insurance claim and didn't push for more work than necessary. Refreshing to deal with an honest contractor.
Had a great experience working with this company. Communication was clear, the project was completed on time, and the crew showed a high level of professionalism. Highly recommended.
