I cannot recommend Melody enough! I went in for a major change, a pixie cut and a color match back to my natural shade, and she absolutely nailed it. Her attention to detail is incredible; she took the time to make sure the cut was perfect and the color is almost identical to my natural hair. On top of her amazing skill, she is so sweet, down-to-earth, and provides top-tier customer service. The whole experience was fantastic, and I love my new hair!

Hanan fixed the hair color I messed up at home, corrected it and dyed it perfectly. She was quick, knew exactly what she was doing, and paid attention to every little detail. The result turned out way better than I expected.
