I have been totally spoiled! I used to let my hours build up and not use them but I got hooked when I got the facial and the massage in the same day. I felt like a queen! The next month I got a full body stretch and a massage. The place is beautiful and I feel SUPER ZEN every time I leave. I love my membership.
