TLDR: if you’re coming here to learn TRUE techniques, possibly get into competing, AND find a community of welcoming and supportive people, this is the place for you!

For so long my siblings and I have heard our mom talk about how much she loved and missed dancing. We tried for years to convince her to sign up for classes somewhere. Finally she went for it and it has completely changed her life for the better. Her whole world has gotten so much bigger since starting at Fred Astaire Dance. Taking private lessons with Tamerlan at Fred Estaire Dance Studio was one of the best decisions my husband and I made! From the first lesson, Tamerlan made us feel completely comfortable. He breaks everything down step by step so it’s easy to understand, whether leader or follower. He’s patient, encouraging, and professional. The lessons are structured but still so much fun!

The biggest win? We feel comfortable dancing to both slow and fast songs at weddings and events! We don’t feel like middle schoolers awkwardly swaying anymore and look forward to getting on the dance floor now.

My now husband and I went here to work on our first dance and it was so much fun! Tamerlan helped us with choreographing the dance as well as giving us feedback over lessons to improve. We received so many compliments for our dance from guests! Id highly recommend going here for first dance lessons or just dancing in general. If I lived closer I probably would sign up for more lessons as it was such a good time!
