I’ve been a client at the West Bloomfield Exercise Coach location for multiple years. I appreciate that I can complete my workouts for the whole week in less than a hour. Scheduling is easy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and motivating. Give it a try!
I love working out at The Exercise Coach in West Bloomfield! I have been a member for a year with workouts 2 times a week which is very doable. The trainers are great and committed to your success. Staci is a wonderful manager and steps in to coach clients as needed and offer valuable exercise and eating tips. The best thing about The Exercise Coach is there are no drill sergeant coaches, only compassionate coaches with a good sense of humor!
Love The Exercise Coach! I have been a member of the West Bloomfield, MI facility for over a year and can attest to the great coaching talents of Tony, Alan, and Mike as well as the owner Staci Goldman. They are a caring and competent team, always looking out for the best interests of their clients. They positively challenge without yelling, a big plus for me! It's a one-on-one exercise experience and there is generally only one other client working in the boutique gym at the same time with another coach. I look forward to participating in the metabolic challenge next week to get my eating back on track. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach!
