I've been to the Orchard Lk P.T. location 3 times for both Ortho x2 and Neuro P.T. x1. I had Jeff and Amy as my primary Ortho P.T's on each visit and I have pre-existing balance/Neurological issues including using a wheelchair, which they helped accommodate while recovering from Ortho surgery on my legs and feet. For my Neuro visit I had Karen as my primary Neuro P.T. and Jennifer stepped in a few times and she was awesome and educational also. I'm deducting a star due to the fact that this location doesn't have anywhere close to the equipment, especially for Neuro as the Coolidge location. Through the years, I've seen many Beaumont doctors in this building. Everything always went smoothly-from the office check in to the appointment time and onto checkout .. easy peasy. **I was quite impressed with how friendly & helpful the Beaumont staff is and always has been !!!!** **IF YOU NEED TO GO TO A HOSPITAL -AND YOU WANT ONE THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT YOU, THE PATIENT, CHOOSE BEAUMONT HOSPITALS**

I've been to this location for a few small procedures such as chest X-rays, etc. They are usually pretty fast and efficient. If you're there for something small, you go in the West entrance and first check in so that they can get your medical insurance info, etc. Then, you'll be directed to the waiting room next door. Whenever I've gone for X-rays, I've been in and out within 20-30 minutes, which is appreciated. There's also ample parking in the lot behind the building. Overall, I'd recommend this Beaumont location, especially if you live in the area and it's the closest one to you.
