I wish I could give ZERO Stars. We called to have a 2011 Kia Soul unlocked. We were quoted "About $90.00" the tech showed up unlocked the door, in about 2 seconds, and then told the owner of the car (a 20 year old who had never done this before) it would be $175 and do you have "cash ap or Zelle" then refused to take a card for payment. I got involved at this point and called the company and was told the 90 was an estimate and that there was a $29 service fee *see picture below he had already relocked the car, of course.
