Took my daughter in today and was amazed at how kind the doctor was. He was so sweet and knew exactly how to treat my daughter. They may not necessarily be a pediatric facility, but they were excellent with my 15 month old!
This is my third visit to this business, all for an annual skin cancer screening with Dr Kerwin. I have seen the numerous negative reviews on this business and have seen none of the issues mentioned in them. My wait time has always been short where the receptionist and staff have been very professional and courteous. Dr Kerwin though is the shining star of this business where he is always very friendly, upbeat and has a very nice casual and approachable attitude which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Susan Merkle has earned my trust. She is expert in her area of practice and I trust she makes the best decisions in my care. She is welcoming and personable and has a great bedside manner. She is thorough and treats you as if you are her only patient.
