Horrible customer service. I communicated and and spoke with the representative. They took my info and had me fill out paperwork and kept saying they would get back to me. They never did. I texted and called numerous times . Very unprofessional and disappointing especially when you are depending on care

This company and its owner, Shaista, held our hands and walked us through one of the toughest times in our lives. When a family member got acutely ill and was in need of homecare, I received a ton of recommendation. What struck me about this company was the owners sincere understanding of the stresses associated with obtaining homecare for a loved one and her flexibility and understanding. Prior to signing up with this company, Shaista made a ton of promises about flexibility and her pay-for-what-you-get system. I am happy to report that in my case, Apna Ghar lived up to every word it promised. Within the first week of service, we had to change caregivers and hours, and all was done seamlessly and without issue. Moreover, since that first week, we have had many more changes and Apna and its staff has been nimble and accommodating. The quality of caregivers can vary, but the quality of management and overall willingness to accommodate their clients is second to none. I would highly recommend this company to help anyone go through this crazy life changing event.

A very innovative service. It's nice to have people that understand you to have home health care. Service care is personalized and you are treated very well. It's nice to have people that understand your culture to take care of you. Would reccomend for anyone, especially people that are looking for a culture sensitive option to home health care.
