I am required to use the VA for my optical, but late last night my glasses broke on the frame and I was panicking. Today I took my broken pair and my readers which have the same frame and they VERY KINDLY popped my lenses over into my reader frames for free. I am so grateful because this would have taken WEEKS to get done thru the VA without driving to Ann Arbor... which I couldn't do without my glasses. Lol. So grateful for their kindness!
My mother and myself went to this place and they're very welcoming, nice, polite and very helpful and Kim helped me pick out my new glasses frames and I love the new ones I picked out and the eye exam was very easy
I called to make an appointment last month and they told us over the phone that I can bring my own frames and then I get there and they tell me that I have to use the company's frames because I'm paying with insurance. I felt like they lied to me about that
Everyone was so sweet here, for sure recommending this place to other people from now on I have been looking for a better place to go for my eyes to be checked out and this place is literally 5 minutes from my house can’t wait to get my new glasses in a week in a half!!
