“My daughter and I absolutely love Lisa to pieces! She has been cutting my hair for over 20 years! I've followed Lisa to a few different salons. Lisa also cuts my daughters hair which is super thick and curly. She's reasonably priced for her quality service. She takes her time. She massages my scalp while she washes my hair, adds lots of layers and checks that both sides of my face frame is even. I don't like having an appointment when Danielle is just sitting there with out any clients because I like to talk to Lisa while she cuts my hair about personal stuff sometimes and ask her about her family. So I started making my appointment on Wednesday nights while I know Danielle is not there. One time Danielle called me back after leaving a voicemail at the salon. She asked me if I was sure if I wanted an appointment with Lisa. Ofcourse Danielle I'm Lisa's client duh are you trying to steel her clients? Typically on the evenings when Danielle and Lisa are working together Lisa runs to answer the phone everytime. In between cutting our hair. Why can't Danielle just go answer the phone she's sitting there on her cell phone without clients not doing anything or go home for the day. Now I see why, because Danielle needs to work on her customer service skills when answering the phone. She put me on hold because someone else beeped in. Then she came back on the line. I need a 2 hour block with Lisa so my daughter and I can get our haircut at the same time. The 1st available is 3 weeks out. So I wanted to see if we could get in sooner if I did our haircuts at 2 different times. Danielle said "are you going to make this appointment or not?" Yes yes I am Danielle clearly I'm trying to! She said I've got hair processing I've got to go. The owner Judy must be there today so that's why Danielle is actually answering the phone. If you'd like a great hair cut ask for Lisa she has a booked schedule so make your appointment way ahead of time! Lisa is good at what she does and everyone loves her!!! For now on I'm going to book our hair cuts on Wednesday ahead of time once Lisa is done cutting our hair so I don't have to see or talk to Danielle at all!!!“

“I'm very surprised by some of the negative reviews.
I'm a local chiropractor, and I've had many massages over the years, by many different people.
Amy is my go-to now. She's awesome.
However, she's very strong. So, if you're looking for a little Swedish relaxation session, maybe not for you.
I have wasted so much money over the years going to people that were too weak for me, and couldn't use nearly enough to get things loosened up. Not with Amy.
Highly recommend.
