Walked right in security said hello and the woman at the front desk directed me to check in on the kiosk. I waited 5 minutes and was directed to the computers. The people helped me figure out how to put my information in and they also gave me great suggestions. I find I found them happy, kind and supportive.
Not a bad wait for the amount of people that where in there, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, haven't been to a UI office in several years, but it was a shorter wait than the SoS office.
Came in to register for work (unimployment req). Had everything filled out online and was told I just had to come in and show my ID and that it would be quick.
The process actually took about 20 min. No snags and it wasn't busy, but I had to fill out an ipad form, fill out a paper form, log into my online account, show my online account/profile to someone, then show my ID to someone who also verified the info on my paper form.
I'm glad I budgeted a little over a half hour to come in, but was disappointed that the person on the phone wasn't clear on how long it would take.
