The only reason I am giving this a one is because I can't rate it a zero. That is exactly what type of service I got, a zero! This should be named Alexa's House of Horrors. The employee, Winifred, talked a good game and convinced me that she would be able to do a good job with my beloved heirloom couch. She turned my classic couch into a contemporary mess. She changed my 1/2" into a 2" cord trim. The pillows had exposed stuffing. The couch had less stuffing then when I originally took it in. I expressed my displeasure and she exploded.
