Horrible customer service. Very short on the phone and rude. Explained water dripping from my ceiling due to a leaking pipe. Zero care or urgency to help come to a solution after explaining this is an emergency. I’ll never recommend them to anyone. **Please avoid**

According to Allen Edwin, Superior Plumbing was the Plumbing contractor for our house that was built in 2020. They installed a broken toilet flange, and didn't properly glue a piece, so sewage has been slowly leaking from the main bathroom for the past 2 1/2 years. Unfortunately it's past the company 1 year warranty, so I had to pay $450 for another Plumbing company to fix the issue.Service: Toilet installation
