Based on the reviews, Baugh Shoe Repair is a small business owned by a very nice older gentleman, a father and daughter combo who are really nice honest people. The shoe cobbler (owner) has been doing this most of his life. The customer service is exceptional and the owners are so kind, friendly, and thoughtful. They can fix zippers, repair purses, belts, and more. They did a great job replacing a snap and also replaced another loose one. They recommended something different for new soles that saved a customer quite a bit of money. The prices are extremely fair, with one repair costing $10. The workmanship is good. Customers are beyond impressed and say they are the best in the business without a doubt. They will be repeat customers for life and can't recommend this place enough.
The shoe cobbler (owner) made my sandles fit like when they were brand new. He replaced the elastic on a couple pair and shortened the straps on another. I'm so thankful to find Baugh Shoe Repair. I was unable to wear the sandles safely due to them shifting so much on my feet. Now they fit perfectly. The customer service is exceptional too. Very kind and thoughtful. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Small business owned by a very nice older gentleman who has been doing this most of his life. I did a Google search and found this place after my very expensive steel toe cowboy boots came apart at the seems along the top of each boot. Do I buy a new pair or try to find a place to fix them? Well I came across this place and had them fixed for $10!! He said he can also fix zippers, repair purses, belts, etc. I will definitely be going back
