Great staff, always friendly and welcoming to the customers. I am satisfied with the wash, as good as any I’ve had in the area. The dryers don’t get everything but I think the curvature of the vehicle affects that more than the car wash equipment. The subscription service is a fantastic value, allowing unlimited washes. Looking forward to my next visit.

I'm still being charged monthly after cancelling my subscription. Have not not been able to get in contact with anyone, so I am forced to file a dispute/chargeback with my bank.

The other reviews are surprising me. My experience has been that the guy I pay always does a very thorough job of cleaning the car even before it enters the automated wash.When I leave the car is nearly dry and is clean. Unlike other car washes there has never been damage to my car from this wash.This is my favorite car wash in SE Michigan. Five stars all day long.
