When I found out we needed a new roof, I called after business hours expecting a call the next day..instead I received a call back 20 minutes later from Tren. We got the process rolling, and as luck would have it, this all had to happen while we were out of town on vacation. I found Tren to be very helpful, and honest- wanting to do what was best for us and what we needed, not what would be best for his pocket. They were thorough, quick, and did a great job at a very fair price. The service we received from the owner and crew was amazing. They protected our windows and a special Japanese Maple. They completed the tear off and replacement in one day. They came back the next day to run the magnets again and move our basketball hoop back to its original location. Our roof looks FABULOUS! Thank you so much for the customer service you have provided.
We just had our roof replaced by Roofing Solutions. What a nice experience from start to finish. We had several estimates and, honestly, Tren as the most honest and experienced. Jason and the crew arrived just when they said they would. The crew worked so hard and finished the job in about 8 hours. They were very careful to protect our bushes and windows. The clean up was great. Our yard around the house looked better when they left than when they arrived! Everyone was very professional and hard working.
