This place promised to return my $200 and never did. When I called for the service, they said they had plenty of kill traps for my groundhog problem. But when they arrived, they only had two or three at a time. The guys were very rude, arrogant and condescending as well as unprofessional. They failed to anchor down the kill traps. A skunk got trapped in one and drug it under my shed and died under there. They argued with me saying it didn't happen. I had to pay another contract to come out and spend a long time fishing out with the trap still attached because it went way back in from the entry point. Lane and Frank are very professional And took the time explaining to us what was going on And what they did today now is the waiting game to make sure the bats exit the property but we're very satisfied with these two young men
