This place promised to return my $200 and never did. When I called for the service, they said they had plenty of kill traps for my groundhog problem. But when they arrived, they only had two or three at a time. The guys were very rude, arrogant and condescending as well as unprofessional. They failed to anchor down the kill traps. A skunk got trapped in one and drug it under my shed and died under there. They argued with me saying it didn't happen. I had to pay another contract to come out and spend a long time fishing out with the trap still attached because it went way back in from the entry point. I had to smell skunk and dead animal for weeks. Horrible service. Do not recommend it at all.
Highly recommend!!! Excellent customer service! Sam and crew were great; very friendly and knowledgeable. Arrived right on time and ready to work. Examined the problem, explained everything to me and did a wonderful job. Sam is the best :-) They were quick and reasonable. Will definitely be using them again. It all started July 30th, I live in condos with the woods behind me, been there 12 years. Every year a mama raccoon gives birth to 4-5 babies, the cutest ever. Sitting on my deck the little babies would wander up along with mama. No aggression, no snarling and no attacks! Just cuteness… The owner next door complained to the association that the raccoons were under and on her deck, and was very afraid. 8:00 Friday morning I heard some weird noises, I went to look and mama and baby were live trapped! I was beside myself, extremely upset that this happened. This man looked up and I asked what was going on, he walked over to me and kindly explained that his company “Michigan’s Bat Expert and Wildlife removal” was very humane. He told me everything from a-z about how and what happens to them after being trapped. They keep mama and babies together, feed them food,fruits and water, plus this man has it in his truck for them.. he assured me their taken to one of their 2 places to be cared for and when ready they are released together. They make sure no other families of raccoons live nearby in fear of fighting. So I asked this man his name.. Gabe, he calmed me down with kindness and love for animals. Had Gabe there for an hour with questions, I thanked him so much in protecting my lil raccoons. Well… me thinking hum,is he really truthful. I emailed the company about this situation, I wanted to hear what they said. Short time later I got a response from the owner, reassuring me what Gabe said was the honest truth.. he thanked me for my inquiry and questions. Thank you Samuel. Gabe, thank you for your honesty and caring about animals. This company has integrity and very honest, I would recommend them to the fullest, no harm comes to any animals they trap.
