Firstly I want to note that I have not had a problem with my taxes with them as we have been with them for years. The reason for my rating is primarily with their customer service. I have experienced poor and rude communication with them when they are asked reasonable questions by their clients. Otherwise, as accountants, I have not had any problems with my taxes that they have done. I would trust them with that again. Although, I prefer to go elsewhere where there is more respectable customer service since it is a service I am paying for.
