Went to the highland location in Waterford and the lady that did my oldest hair did a very good job and she took her time, Name on receipt was Omni. But the lady (Nicole) that did my youngest and husband finished both of them in less time and did a horrible job! She didnt even ask if our sons cut looked ok or for feed back and was about to let him go before my husband went and asked her to fix the fade and blend it in a bit more. Thankfully my husband was able to fix our youngest hair for the most part after we got home but his cut can not be saved..
It was a good place to go until an employee refused to cut my hair and was very rude and said she did not want the drama. Do not have Aleesia cut your hair. She doesn't ok ow how
Great experience. Went here after another “high end” salon wanted to change my appointment time 15 minutes before my appointment? I couldn’t accommodate so drove up to Great Clips. Shout out to Zack, who was very personable and gave me the cutest haircut ever. Thank you!!!
