I wasn't home when the tech came but my teenagers were. I was quoted an 85$ service charge. I instructed the tech if repair is over 300 then don't do it.He was here for about 15 minutes. He left a receipt that just says "control board issue" with no estimate on cost of repair. He also charged an additional 55 dollars on top of the service charge with no explanation.I've tried calling and texting him for 2 days but no response.Not sure why he charged me an additional 55 dollars and he should have wrote an estimate of the cost to repair the unit. He should also reply back to explain this.Service: Dishwasher repair

I got a stove from them today sight unseen, trusted that it would be descent but it was from the 1970s , almond color and filthy. I'm still trying to get the crud off of it.DONT use them!!! The guy was rude on the phone ( Steve) when I was trying to ask about a refrigerator I got hung up on and he showed up with the nightmare stove.. Very Disappointed ?

I bought a Frigidaire it had no handle on it the man in the store said it was in the delivery truck and he was going to get it out next time I was there it's been three weeks now the same man is like he is d*** founded I think he needs a drooling bowl
